Engagement Session Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Hosted by Agape Filmworks

Eligibility: Open to engaged couples aged 18 or older who reside in New Jersey. No purchase or wedding booking is necessary to enter or win.
Entry: Participants may enter while the giveaway campaign is active. Limit one entry per person.
Prize: One couple will receive a complimentary engagement photo and video session with Agape Filmworks, with an approximate retail value of $1,000. Session duration, deliverables, and location will be specified in the giveaway announcement. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winner Selection: One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries after the campaign closes and contacted using the information provided. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Scheduling: The session will be scheduled by mutual agreement and is subject to availability.
Privacy: Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Promotional communications will be sent only with any consent required by law.
